With over two decades of experience in housing, accessibility, and real estate, I’ve built a career around one core belief: that where you live shapes how you live. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I bring a perspective that bridges clinical expertise, housing knowledge, and genuine care for the people I work with.

I’ve spent much of my career serving individuals and families across Syracuse and Central New York, and I understand the local housing landscape, the available resources, and how quickly circumstances can change. A change in mobility needs, a growing family, a desire to plan ahead — these moments bring housing decisions to the forefront, often when you feel least prepared to make them.

I founded Transitions by Maureen to support that experience.
